Auctioneer - John Cook - Auctioneer of Renown
John has wielded the hammer so adeptly at our past seven auctions, combining his art knowledge with wit, humour and business. We are pleased to see him back in the hot seat again this year. John's company, WA Art Auctions, holds regular auctions of quality Australian & International paintings, lithographs, limited editions, objet d'art, Antique & quality reproduction furniture, Persian rugs and collectables.

Over the years, this auction has grown in stature to be the most professional of the "amateur" auctions in WA. It provides the best auction opportunity for local artists.
Funds raised from the auction enrich the education of our next generation of actors, musicians and visual artists, our students. This includes the sponsoring of tours, training sessions and the purchasing of equipment.
The Lawley Art Auction is a joint venture between the Music Support Committee and the Specialist Visual and Performing Arts (SVAPA) Support Committee under the auspices of the Mount Lawley Senior High School Parents & Citizens Association Inc.
