CONDITIONS OF SALE
- You must complete a bidder's registration card to participate in the auction.
- Proxy bids will be accepted if received by fax on (08) 9471 8789 or post (MLSHS P&C, 65 Woodsome Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050) by Wed Jun 13, 2012. Please include the bid details (Lot No. and maximum bid), a completed bidder's registration card with phone contact and a copy of appropriate identification (eg, Motor Driver's License).
- Payment is by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only), Debit Card, Cash or Cheque.
- Cheques to be payable to: Mt Lawley SHS Parents & Citizens Association, Inc.
- Unless by prior arrangement, cheques will not be considered as payment until cleared.
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price or $50.00, whichever is greater, is payable on the auction night.
- The balance will be payable on pick-up of the purchased item.
- On the auction night, purchased items can be taken immediately once paid in full.
- Otherwise works will be available from the MLSHS Senior School Building on either Thu or Fri, June 21 or 22, 2012 between 3.30 - 5.00 pm. Please bring photo identification.
