WHY

Over the years, this auction has grown in stature to be (arguably) the most professional of the "amateur" auctions in WA. It provides the best auction opportunity for local artists.

Funds raised from the auction enrich the education of our next generation of actors, musicians and visual artists, our students. This includes the sponsoring of tours, training sessions and the purchasing of equipment. Most recently the funds have been used to sponsor the China Tour and purchase musical equipment including Timpani, Casio Piano and other instruments.

The Community Art Auction is a joint venture between the Music Support Group and the Specialist Visual and Performing Arts (SVAPA) Parents Group under the auspices of the Mount Lawley Senior High School Parents & Citizens Association Inc.

WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW...

Basically, nothing. The auction is now over for 2008. The web site will now be in hibernation until March 2009. Hope to see you back then.
